Today on LUNACY I drop in with my friend, comedian Neal Brennan.  Neal takes us on a tour of his crazy comedy history including the rise and fall of the Chappelle Show, and going from solely being a writer to embracing the path of stand-up.  

We go deep on his own path of healing depression through ayahuasca and other entheogens, how having a partner with a five-year-old has altered his perspective,  and the power and limitations of comedy.

Today on LUNACY, I interview my friend Greg, or as I like to call him, Grandalf.  Greg has the unfortunate moniker of contracting Ulcerative Colitis, an "Incurable" disease that leaves one constantly on the crapper with a perpetual prescription, and a lifetime of pain and discomfort.

In Part 2 of this interview, we dive into the spiritual awakening that accompanied Greg's healing, followed by the downfall of that awakening, followed by an eventual peace.  

We discuss the nature of nature, the body's innate ability to heal itself, and "Junk DNA".  Enjoy.

Today on LUNACY, I interview my friend Greg, or as I like to call him, Grandalf.  Greg has the unfortunate moniker of contracting Ulcerative Colitis, an "Incurable" disease that leaves one constantly on the crapper with a perpetual prescription, and a lifetime of pain and discomfort.

Dissatisfied and unaccepting of this diagnosis, Greg went on a search for alternative healing modalities which led him to "Rick Simpson Oil" - a highly concentrated cannabis oil that one can make at home.  This concoction literally cured the incurable, and Greg no longer has this life-long affliction.  

We go in deep about why it is that science seems to be so natue-phobic, this cure that is born of nature, and how you too can cure Ulcerative Colitis or other "incurable" diseases if you are willing to walk this path.  Additionally, we begin by discussing the benefits of dieting trees and tobacco, as crazy as that sounds.  Enjoy Part 1 of this 2-Part episode.

Today on LUNACY, I interview my very good friend Evalyn about what it's like to be a person of Transgender Experience.  We successfully dispel many of the myths about people of trans experience, including bathrooms, hormones, and the very unreal threat of the Trans Army.  

We dive into how it is that Evalyn found herself on this path, what it is like for her to be a person of trans experience, and why one would go through all of the considerable hurdles to be in her shoes.  

This is a very simple, yet eloquent exploration into what it's actually like to be a person of trans experience, and how Evalyn views the world through her eyes.  We have a lot of fun too.  : )

Today on LUNACY, I interview my wizard friend, Lucien Vattel.  Lucien is an incredible human, truly a luminary.  In this episode we get into the importance of Shadow Work by consciously engaging the Witness Mind in order to change the Lens in our Lighthouse.  Sounds whacky, but makes perfect sense.  

In this episode we tap into the reality that our technological and scientific intelligence has far outstripped or Emotional Intelligence, leading us to potential calamity.  This highlights the need for Rites of Initiation, for Men in particular, as a means of creating leadership through sovereignty.

Fundamentally, this conversation is about the opportunity for each of us to become masters of ourselves in a world where that is mostly absent.  This is a great episode with a Part 2 flying at you next week.  : )

Today on LUNACY, I interview my dear friend Jordan Trujillo on the importance of Men's Work.  We dive into the current need for men to relate to each other in different age brackets coming out of the industrial revolution, the need for men's initiations, and the importance of healing wounds so as not to pass them on.  

Much of our conversation is around building brotherhood and how necessary that is to combat isolation and depression.  We discuss the pitfalls of material success without purpose.  Jordan talks about the miracle of being a new Dad.

The purpose of this episode is to emphasize the importance of our thoughts and thinking, and how important it is to let those thoughts go, and be our own thought police (although I don't say that in the show.  Darn it.)

Also get into the fires in Los Angeles and what it must be like to lose your home.  Hopefully providing a bit of context for my friends down there who got burned.
