Wanted to give a short introduction on why I’m starting this podcast. I will be trying my best to post weekly episodes on all the different things that may pop up with an autoimmune disease, how to navigate through a diagnosis, be a voice for someone who may be scared or hesitant to talk about their disease, and go into detail about what living with an autoimmune is like.
