Today, we will go over why we get period cramps, and what to do about it! I used to live off of pain medication to get through my cramps as they would wake me up from night. Myself and my clients no longer experience debilitating PMS symptoms, and YOU don't have to either.

Please share this with a friend, daughter, niece to pass on the message and end the normalization of PMS (it can lead to much more serious conditions later in life if not addressed, and it CAN be addressed through nutrition and lifestyle!)
