When did we decide it was better to be medicated or drugged verses learning to cope with anxiety & depression? When do we step back and look at functioning life VS crises?

Looking toward the positives in what can seem like such a difficult times...especially when dealing with anxiety and depression.

Momentary rant and thoughts on our current state....yep, this is really starting to get to me!

Working though depression can be hard...It's such a heavy burden at the moment, but it can be overcome. Don't let it take your life...to suck away your future. I've spent 28 years working through my own depression, and though I am no professional, I can share with you some of the tools that I use to get through my struggles and even improve me depression over the years.

I had an incident today that really made me think about how we deal with others. Have we become a society that lashes out and blames others? Do we have the ability to deal with others the way that WE would want to be treated? Is this lost? Is everything really someone else's fault or can we own our BADS??

I do hope that we can stop and think about what others are going through.....what we are going through.

Reflect and proceed with a grain of salt.

Put out into the world what we'd like back.
