In today’s episode of Luxury IBS, I talk about how to change any behavior. I think that nutrition and health is 80% psychology, and we kind of obsess over the nutrition part. Real change comes from psychology and I know this to be true, because I really have struggled, until recently, with my mental health for a very long time. In high school, I was very depressed, very anxious, very angry, very reserved, frequently sitting in the back of classrooms, reading encyclopedia books, purposely pissing off my teachers, not doing my homework. I wasn’t exactly the most ideal kid to be around. Ultimately, I realized the oath I was on needed to change,and in doing so I have learned the best ways to change any type of behavior. I share some of the best tips to identify how to change any behavior and reach your own goals, why changing your environment and mental state can inspire change, things I personally did that helped me with my own slump and finally some great tips you can implement now to get your life back on track.
