This is part 2 of a brief look at the complementary concepts talked about by Paul and James in Romans 3 and James 2. Some say these two founding faith fathers disagree about justification but Paul is talking about how someone receives  justification (approval) by God. James talks about how someone demonstrates that someone has received this justification from God. 

Do Paul and James contradict one another?   This 2-part series from Romans 3 and James 2 reveals how the two passages are complementary, not contradictory.   Paul discusses how we are justified before God, by grace through faith, because of the work Jesus did on our behalf on the cross. James discusses how a person who has been justified will reveal that justification through actions that grow naturally out of a relationship with God.
