Scott sits with the lead singer of LA based pop alternative band, The Regrettes. They get into Lydia's history, growing up around music at a young age and how she started performing at seven years old. She talks about the music that shaped her and what inspired her to start singing up to the deal with Warner.

Lydia talks about her experience at South by Southwest, where she performed at 12 years old. Finally, they discuss heading to Joshua Tree to  write their record, tripping on mushrooms in the desert and the meaning behind some of the songs..
