After a successful career as a food and wine journalist and restaurant publicist, Lynn Fredericks found her calling in 1995 when she turned her own lessons about cooking with children as a single parent into a national non-profit. Family Cook Productions develops and disseminates evidence based nutrition education programs and curricula to schools, community organizations and farm educators across the USA. Lynn is author of "Family Time Is Cooking Time" and "Get Your Family Eating Right."
