INFLUENCE has a long term effect because it based on emotions...connections...based on who you are and what you stand for!  PERSUASION is (generally) short term.  Words that inspire action.  Tune in to hear the difference and how each plays a role in leadership!

 And lean not on your own understanding.

And He will make your paths straight. 

We're all UNIQUE and no journey is like another.  If you insist on dealing with everybody the same way - insisting that they fit into your one size fits all strategy, you'll be losing a lot!
