Why do you keep reacting – even when you know better?
👉 Download the Stability Spiral™ Guide
In this episode, I walk you through The Stability Spiral™ – a simple model that shows exactly what’s happening in your brain when pressure hits.
Most reactions aren’t a failure of willpower.
They’re automatic.
Once you see the pattern, you can interrupt it – and return to clarity, control, and choice.
I break the model down step-by-step so you can recognize when you’ve shifted into a programmed reaction and know exactly how to move back to stability.
You’ll also get a downloadable Stability Spiral™ guide so you can use this in real time – right when you feel triggered, overwhelmed, or off.
Pressure is inevitable.
Destabilization is automatic.
Stability restores choice.

Welcome to Lynnie Motivates – home of the Bold Evolution of Self-Talk (B.E.S.T.) Movement.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, off your edge, or like you know what to do but can’t seem to follow through – you’re not alone.
There is language for what you’re feeling.
This podcast is where we move from overwhelm to stability, from unconscious programming to intentional rewiring, and from external pressure to inner authority — which simply means trusting yourself again.
I’m Lynnie Wennerstrom, Subconscious Rewiring Specialist and creator of the Bold Evolution of Self-Talk. Here, we combine nervous system stability, neuroplasticity, and strategic self-talk to restore your capacity, rewire patterns at the root, and activate your internal motivation so real change actually sticks.
Inside each episode, you’ll find:
✔ Clear language for confusing internal states
✔ Practical brain rewiring tools
✔ Self-talk strategies to stop spirals and overthinking
✔ A grounded path back to stability and self-trust
Because what you repeatedly say to yourself wires your brain.
And what wires your brain becomes your default.
And defaults can be changed.

🎧 In this episode, I share:
Why emotional chaos is really subconscious programming

Overthinking isn’t you — it’s just an old program your brain is running on repeat. The good news? You can stop overthinking with self-talk that rewires your brain for clarity, confidence, and calm. In this episode, I’ll show you how simple phrases can interrupt the spiral, lower stress, and create lasting change at the root level.
Remember; you were born with unlimited promise and potential — and then you got programmed. Therefore, iIf overthinking has you stuck in loops of second-guessing, cortisol spikes, and mental fatigue, this episode shows you how to stop the spiral and take back control — using the brain’s own superpower: neuroplasticity. We talked about that last week on the podcast. BTW, you can stop overthinking self-talk – easily.
Also in this episode of the Lynnie Motivates Podcast, I share a real-life situation that could’ve turned into days of rumination — and how I used self-talk to disrupt the chemical cascade, reclaim my focus, and move on. You’ll also get four simple self-talk phrases you can use immediately to end overthinking and make clear, confident decisions.
Why overthinking is a program, not a personal flaw
How stress chemistry (cortisol/adrenaline) hijacks your decisions — and how to stop it fast
The “hardware vs. software” model of the brain (and why what you repeat rewires you)
The 77%/95% programming problem (conscious + subconscious) and what to do about it
The results chain you can rewrite: Programs → Beliefs → Attitudes → Emotions → Actions → Results
Winners think differently.
Winners focus on what they can control, not on what they can’t. I am a winner, so I immediately stop thinking about what I can’t control and focus on what I can — and I make good decisions from there.
I identify my time and energy wasters.
Overthinking is both. I don’t overthink or underthink. I give everything exactly the right amount of time and energy to make the best decision for me.
I know what’s important.
If I’m unsure, I quickly write down three reasons why it is important — or why it isn’t. I trust myself to choose what’s best and move on without overthinking.
I spend my energy where it matters.
I devote the right time and consideration to what matters most, and I take decisive action. I don’t waste precious time on the insignificant.
Quick reminder: repetition + emotion + intention are the big three for rewiring. Read or listen to these phrases daily (morning/evening) to install the program you want.
Overthinking isn’t “you” — it’s an old program. When you change your self-talk, you change your brain. When you change your brain, you change your life.
