Matt DiBara, a fourth-generation contractor and the owner of DiBara Masonry, began his journey in the family business at the age of nine. His dedication grew the family business to become LA's number-one masonry and concrete company, earning recognition from Congress for Quality and Craftsmanship.  

His journey started as a masonry student at Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical High School in Massachusetts who won a silver medal at the 2010 SkillsUSA Championships — an experience that solidified his confidence, his career path, and a true passion for promoting the skilled trades. A respected speaker, Matt inspired 18K high school students at SkillsUSA, featured in SkillsUSA Champions. 

Beyond his success in masonry, Matt co-founded The Contractor Consultants, creating the first-ever recruitment solution for contractors. Kimberly Davids is the President of the Arizona Builders Alliance.  She has over 20 years of construction industry experience having served in a variety of roles throughout her career including project engineer, superintendent, project manager, project executive, operations manager and vice president and general manager overseeing an entire business unit for the southwest region of a large general contracting company.  

She was recognized in ENR’s National (and Southwest) Top 20 Under 40 List in 2018, CFMA Emerging Leader and Most Influential Woman.  Over the years, she has been recognized in AZRE Arizona Business Leaders and People to Know.  In 2022, she was highlighted as a Build Your Future AZ Woman in Construction Superstar.  

Davids holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. She and her husband John, reside in Scottsdale with their two German Shepard mixes, Coach and Ditka. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with the pups at their cabin up in Northern Arizona and traveling to locations that allow her to enjoy new cultures and adventures.

With over 20 years of industry business and research experience, Urban A. Kiernan, PhD is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of iMetabolic Biopharma Corporation, iMBP, an early stage techbio company that is developing innovative computation technologies to streamline drug discovery and support its current therapeutic pipeline of 5 drugs. Prior to starting iMBP, Dr. Kiernan was the Director of Biomarker Discovery at Intrinsic Bioprobes Inc, during which time he was the recipient of several Phase I & II National Institutes of Health grants, negotiated a significant licensing deal with Johnson & Johnson, and was able to achieve his first business exit through acquisition to Thermo Fisher Scientific.   He then later worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific and was able to rise through the ranks in Global Business Development, providing him a breadth of knowledge and experience in the life science and biopharma sectors while developing critical leadership skills.  He is a graduate of Arizona State University, receiving his PhD in Bio-Analytical Chemistry in 2002.
