While Apple is a the top of the heap when it comes to mobile access, Shelly explains why the work is far from over, how some of the accessibility features rank in iOS 8, and features that the “mainstream” audience might think are beneficial are actually something of a detriment. She takes us through a number of examples, educating us about a variety of accessibility issues along the way, and shares some thoughts about the benefits and concerns over Be My Eyes and their iOS app.
