been a interesting day as i needed to once again push myself to pull everything I did off

exercise 

floors climbed = 18

steps = 5332

KM = 3.4  

I did good today 

Invested $0 in 4 audible audio's and scored some meditation and some comedy

Tonight I start my journey into either hell or a escape from that place I have been trapped in all my life as I was never good enough for my dad who | always worked so  damn hard to please 

Sorry dad if I hurt the feelings you never showed to me 

Take the ride back with me to 1978/79 / 1980 hell some of you kids were not even born as at that time -- I was just beginning  my cycle of life in the incredible city of Edmonton 

it is amazing how neuroplasticity actually works and can rebuild / restore the mind / brain of a guy that would be dead had it not been for the E.P.S.  as when they "tricked"  me into sobriety on February 15, 2013 they saved me and thus the light in my heart and soul (THANK YOU) for that as I drank for 38 years and in a matter of a few minutes / hours / days you invested in that lecture you two officers saved me. thanks 

I started off in a room smaller than my current bedroom wow 

a long time ago also  as in 106 days we are celebrating K60 / 106 at the

it's 28$ and its my 60th birthday ( or close to it ) 

and then on February 15 , 2021 we get my 8th year of sobriety which is kind of amazing  that is just 114 days away amazing two great dates in a week -- thanks to all of you allowing me to be here 

God Bless all of you and I hope to see all of you there on Sunday February 7, 2021 for both of these milestones

in the beginning there was a day that it began today is that day for me as  I hope to hell I never ever have to endure the pain I was allowed to experience on this   occasion as it was a very rough  trip
