Startup MAKE SUNSETS reports they have taken steps to block the Sun and cool the planet. Their about page states in part, "We make reflective, high-altitude, biodegradable clouds that cool the  planet. Mimicking natural processes, our "shiny clouds" are going to  prevent catastrophic global warming." Is this geoengineering or ecoterrorism? Listen in for yourself and decide.
