Sider’s Woodcrafting is a family-operated small business that started in October of 2015. We started by making cutting boards out of domestic and exotic pieces of wood. Our mission is to highlight the natural beauty of wood by creating functional pieces of art.
From our humble beginnings in a camper-converted workshop, we grew to produce over 2000 cutting boards in 2019.
Then in 2020, we lost our converted workshop to a fire three weeks before Covid hit the USA, which canceled the craft fairs for the next year. We were left staring at a pile of ashes and had to start again, at ground zero.
Through the help of our friends, community, and the social media world, - and an insane amount of hard work and late hours, we have continued to rebuild and grow.
Now, we have a newly remodeled workshop and have expanded our product line to include giant charcuteries, epoxy products, and even some custom furniture. Our online sales are increasing, our social media outreach is growing, and we are looking forward to showing the world what we can make.
