Hello! I was taking my daily morning walk and asking Source to tell me how to build a stronger connection to my intuition/higher self. I’d been asking for a sign that I wasn’t just talking into a Void when I heard a rustle of leaves not 10 feet away from me. I got out of my head and looked up to see a HUGE stag, just calmly standing there and looking back at me! Wow! Sign???
And then I received a download: the best way to clearly hear my inner voice was to clear away any rubbish that was blocking my reception - fears, negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, endless self-critical chatter. I also needed to clear ideas and beliefs that didn’t come from me, but from others: parents, teachers, bosses, friends, society, media.
I was also given a super cool meditation to do this clearing. I’m really excited to try it and share it with you! xo

You can’t think straight, your heart is pounding, your body starts to shake, you feel dizzy, and you just want to curl up into a ball and hide under a blanket. Has this ever happened to you? Anything could set it off. A person, a text message, being ignored or rejected, a smell, a song, a situation, an emotion. Something that reminds you of an old trauma, or a recurring negative pattern, can elicit a strong physical, mental and emotional reaction that sends you spiralling into a depression before you even realise what’s happened.
This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Today I’m going to share how I brought myself back and the simple method you can use to clear stress and anxiety from your mind so you can stay calm and focused.
