Confidence is an emotional state that is affected by the way we feel. The way we feel is a direct manifestation of how we think. So in order to be more confident we need to reshape our thought patterns in a way that will build us up. Here are a couple of tips that can be useful when it comes to building your confidence.

Becoming a high value woman is a beautiful journey we all find ourselves in. We are work in progress, and remember at the end of the day there is only one of you. So no matter how far along your journey you are, remain authentic to you. Becoming a high value woman is also becoming the most authentic version of yourself. This should come out of a place of love and not judgement. Become a high value woman for yourself and no one else.

As woman we are taught to be little red riding hoods. Insecure, afraid, occupying less space, and following the one path in front of us, not allowing us to be curious and choose who you decide to be. You were meant for much more. You can be soft and fearless at the same time. You can be kind and not be a people pleaser. You can be grateful and still demand what you deserve. Femininity is not an aesthetic, it is an essence that needs to be cultivated, just like a garden needs to be watered to grow.

The reality is that many of us do not know who we truly are because if we did know, we would not be playing it small. We would be doing great and amazing things. We would be living fearlessly and we would be walking in our purpose. We feel lost because we do not know our true identity. The reason we do not truly know who we are is because we do not know who God is. We will start letting go of our false identity when we start embracing what God says is true about us. We will find our true identity when we trust in God and surrender control.

You are wonderfully made! Do not make God small by acting like you are not enough. He did not make a mistake with YOU!

Your why motivates action and creates urgency. Your why is the driving force that will give you a reason to keep going and live a life with purpose. If you feel lost it may be because you do not now your WHY, or have lost sight of what your why is. Start living a life that makes you come alive everyday. A life that inspires yourself and those around you.

Have you been feeling stuck or unsatisfied with your life recently? Maybe you have been asking yourself...what am I doing with my life? Is this what the rest of my life looks like? I want to let you know that you are not alone, and this is not a bad thing. Actually, this is an opportunity to reflect upon the choices you have made or are making and how that aligns with the person you are now instead of the person you used to be. In order to feel unstuck and better understand what we want to do we need to first know who we are. Remember, your purpose in this earth is more about who you are becoming and less about what you are doing.

You need to CHOOSE to setup and claim what was meant for YOU, but if you CHOOSE fear to disable you, then you will not live at your fullest potential. There is so much light in YOU. God made you a master piece. You are perfectly and wonderfully made. When you stop fearing your own light you will start living the life that was meant for you and you will give other permission to do the same.

People's perception of you might influence the way you think and feel about yourself. Since we were little these perceptions have affected the way we see our reality, and we adopt a ton of beliefs that do not serve us. The truth is that other people's perception of you is not your reality. Even if it is their reality, this is not yours because you get to create YOUR reality. It is time to let go of these lies about ourselves that we have held on to because somebody believed that it was true. You are capable of changing these thought patterns, and the more you do so, you will see how your reality changes.

Believe in yourself unshakably. There is no way around what is meant for you, and you need to know this at the bottom of your heart and soul. You were meant for great things, and you have the power to make your dreams, goals, and desires into your reality.

The reality is that you will grieve forever. You will not “get over” the loss of a loved one; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and rebuild yourself around the loss you have suffered. You will be whole again, but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same, nor would you want to. – Elizabeth Kubler-Ross
