The year is 2020. A small colony, 3 Guys and some occasional wanderers, have settled into a small, dimly lit basement in Akron, Ohio. The air is cool, the ground is wet, and the sun is settling ever so slowly into the horizon. The guys gather around their table and are set to embark on a year of recording.

These very recordings shall sculpt the minds of anyone willing to listen, and impact generations for years to come. They call themselves Made To Motivate and this is Season 2!

Sit back, put your feet up, and prepare to be entertained!

Welcome to Season 2! Host Ryan Weiss, Co-Host Nick Mancuso, and Co-Co-Host Jesse Unk (His title request, CoCo I know, dumb! Haha SMH), joined by Dan Sandmann and Chris Kessinger in the audience, are back to entertain you!

We’ve restructured the show and you’ll now have dedicated segments (timestamps included) that you can look forward to each week that you’ll soon come to recognize by the segment soundbites Ryan spent a lot of time creating!

Tune on in to hear the guys break down the global warming crisis and how it's currently effecting the Ice Caps and wreaking havoc on Australia. The guys give some insight on how we can work to combat these difficult times and offer suggestions on where to start small. They'll give you some insight into Adam Sandler's newest hit Uncut Gems and the awesome new Cinemark Bistro theater that just opened. Star Wars gets a fairly in depth breakdown from all the guys and they give their brutally honest opinion on one of the greatest franchises in movie history. Nick takes us on a motivational journey followed up by Jesse breaking down sports for us! A well rounded episode filled with laughs, great dialogue and ultimately ending in a fairly important tip for 2020.

Misleading News headlines and how they can be detrimental to businesses. A recent headline out stated how Uber had 420+ rape allegations this past year. This is a lot. However if you dive into the article the headline is misleading! 

Should Michael Vick be forgiven and allowed to participate in the NFL? Are we a non-forgiving society? Is doing your jail time sufficient punishment to allow you to continue doing the things you did prior? 

The gentleman break these two topics down and things get pretty heated discussing Michael Vick. It was definitely a divided segment of PodTalk.
