In this solo episode I go into the experience I have just had on a retreat with 6 other women, being seen, heard and loved in my most raw and vulnerable state. I share how my relationship with my body was impacted by COVID and how that led to a huge breakdown and breakthrough on the retreat, which was beautiful because of the love I felt from the sisters around me. I discuss how important it is to heal your sisterhood wounds so you can really find people who see you, hear you and love you completely in your truth. How past experiences and society have created the way we see each other and how to make steps to improve this.
