Aunque para mí la Caracas Blockchain Week comenzó hace algunas semanas atrás, me siento emocionada por ver materializado est actividad en la cual hemos puesto mucho entusiasmo, trabajo y también corazón.

Hoy el día #1 comenzó con la parte técnica y en el Hackaton organizado en equipos de desarrolladores tendrán días para resolver algunos desafíos; además Hive a través de la @spknetwork propone un track para realizar el testeo de su red durante la CBW2023 para los participantes ya sea individual o en los equipos conformados.

Al lado opuesto de la locación, se iniciaron las conferencias libres, desde los más básico de los cripactivos y funcionamiento de la blockchain hasta propuestas de inversión.

Luego de tanta actividad tuvimos espacio para compartir entre los Hivers presente,tomar algunas fotografías y compartir una comida para recargar las baterías.

Si algo he aprendido de Hive es que al estar tan en contacto con la comunidad se comienzan a forjar admiración, compañerismo y hasta amistades que pronto trasciende la virtualidad. @audiarmis, @bertrayo, @maryed y yo nos conocemos desde hace tiempo pero este año ha sido mucho más especial y espero así sea por mucho tiempo.

Audi y yo organizamos una fiesta de cumpleaños virtual donde nos acompañamos con algunas bebidas, juegos y uno que otro cuento, Mary no se lo esperaba pero la hicimos sentir muy especial además le hicimos un vídeo super lindo con algunas personas importantes para ella. Allí no quedó Audi nos hizo la sugerencia a Andrés y a mi; para darle un obsequio que la ayudará a seguir creando contenido y creciendo en Hive y que mejor regalo para una foodie que una Waflera los detalles los tiene en el vídeo.

If there is something I have learned from Hive is that being so in touch with the community you begin to forge admiration, camaraderie and even friendships that soon transcend the virtual world. @audiarmis, @bertrayo, @maryed and I have known each other for a long time but this year has been much more special and I hope it will be for a long time.

Audi and I organized a virtual birthday party where we accompanied each other with some drinks, games and one or another story, Mary didn't expect it but we made her feel very special and we also made a super nice video with some important people for her. Audi made the suggestion to Andres and me; to give her a gift that will help her to continue creating content and growing in Hive and what better gift for a foodie than a waffle iron, the details are in the video.

Es increíble que haya pasado todo este tiempo cuando me preguntaba si me inscribía o no, lo que hiciera iba a marcar un antes y un después en mi vida y dentro de Hive; el 27/03/23 me atreví a darle click al botón de publicar, con nervios pero no me iba a quedar con las ganas de saber que habría pasado. Soy una persona curiosa que le encanta asumir nuevos roles, sabía que como a la mayoría le gustaba la moda, el maquillaje y las tendencias pero el concurso ha sacado a la fashionista del clóset. Meet Up Caracas rumbo a Lima

Hola Hivers seguimos creciendo y creando enlaces con la comunidad. Ayer en Bitcoin café @Hiveccs junto @arlettemsalase @fermionico nuestros delegados de Hive a representarnos en la Blockchain con LATAM realizamos un meet Up y pudimos escuchar por el [Twitter Space](https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1vAxRAqkplNJl ) las espectativas tanto de nuestros delegados como de los Hive Builder de Perú, todos estábamos emocionados sabiendo que nos expandimos al tener un espacio en un evento de ese índole y que estamos solidificando bases en otros puntos de Latinoamérica.

La final del Space, terminamos el resto de la actividad, compartiendo las novedades, lo que se viene para la comunidad de Caracas, entre fotos, cafés y unos buenos cachitos y roles pasamos un rato super agradable como siempre que se juntan más de dos Hivers.

Agradezco a @arlettemsalase por la confianza de ayudarla a organizar está actividad a @gabriellalpez que siempre está activa para hacer los enlaces y a @maryed por hacer que nuestras redes y invitaciones sean siempre bonitos y con el mensaje de crecimiento que queremos transmitir.

Hello Hivers, we continue to grow and create links with the community. Yesterday at Bitcoin café @Hiveccs together with @arlettemsalase @fermionico our Hive delegates to represent us in the Blockchain with LATAM by [Twitter Space](https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1vAxRAqkplNJl) we carried out a meet Up and we were able to listen to the expectations of both our delegates and the Hive Builders of Peru, we were all excited knowing that we expand to have a space in an event of that nature and that we are solidifying bases in other points of Latin America.

At the end of the Space, we finished the rest of the activity, sharing the news, what is coming for the community of Caracas, among photos, coffee and some good snacks and roles we spent a very pleasant time as always that more than two Hivers get together.

## ¿Has oído hablar de la moda dopamina?

Está ha sido la inspiración para esta sesión, colores saturados, juego de texturas con significado basado en mejorar el estado de ánimo de solo verlo.

Para mí participación el **Rojo** tenía que ser el protagonista y así robe miradas en las calles de Caracas, el rojo, significa: intensidad,fuerza,pasión (sí esto te hace emociona y te identifica, felicidades eres un Hiver) aunque es un color un poco delicado de usar en este país, con actitud se puede lograr.


Mi **Rojo Hive** va en el kimono de chifón y los zapatos tipo Vans con sus respectivos stickers de Hive, el vestido de corte halter y falda en A suficientemente fresca para sentir comodidad sin sacrificar el estilo, el patrón de la rayas blancas y negras son la hoja en blanco que representa el ecosistema que te permite en libertad crear, desarrollar y proyectarte en dónde te encuentres.

En la línea de monocromias de rojo y la *dopamine beauty* deje a un lado el delineado negro como dicta la tendencia y lo cambié por un delineado wings, rojo mate porque mis labios serían el foco siendo la saturación del rojo cherry con mucho gloss.

## Have you heard of dopamine fashion?

This has been the inspiration for this session, saturated colors, a play of textures with meaning based on improving the mood just by looking at it.

For my participation, **Red** had to be the protagonist and thus steal glances on the streets of Caracas; red means: intensity, strength, passion (if this makes you excited and you identify with it, congratulations, you are a Hiver) although it is a color a bit delicate to use in this country, with attitude it can be achieved.


My **Red Hive** goes on the chiffon kimono and Vans-type shoes with their respective Hive stickers, the halter-cut dress and A-line skirt are fresh enough to feel comfortable without sacrificing style, the pattern of black and white stripes is the blank page that represents the ecosystem that allows you to create, develop and project yourself wherever you are.

In line with red monochromes and *dopamine beauty*, I left aside the black eyeliner as dictated by the trend and changed it for a winged eyeliner, matte red because my lips would be the focus, being the saturation of cherry red with a lot of gloss.

Si hay algo que me gusta de atravesar las barreras de la virtualidad es tener la oportunidad de compartir con otras personas que al igual que a mí les encanta crear contenido, aprecian el arte y también la viven; en esta oportunidad @dimeshana me contactó con la idea que tenía en mente y me pidió que junto a @gabriellalpez2 organizáramos al team de hivers voluntarios para este primer evento de @hiveccs, me emocioné porque tengo la espinita de no haber estado presente en la Caracas Blockchain Week y se que la logística se me da bien pues el pequeño compartir de navidad apoye en esas labores y quedamos satisfechos con el trabajo realizado.

Fueron algunas semanas de preparación lo primero que hicimos fue contactar a @alteramelia no solo por su presencia sino su experiencia como oradora y conocimiento de la tecnología blockchain así que sería excelente Host para esta gala.

Luego hacer el contacto con la organizadora para verificar sus necesidades y expectativas con respecto al evento.

Encontrar a quien se encargaría del sonido y a todo el resto que estaría en stand, protocolo y backstage, Moni es increíble juntando personas y así ella se encargó de la convocatoria, mientras yo cubría algunos pedidos para atender a los invitados.

Todos apreciamos una excelente puesta en escena pero ese es solo el resultado de semanas de práctica por cada minuto que transcurre en la exhibición, los bailarines en su disciplina calientan, entrenan, componen, adaptan un sin fin de movimientos acompasados por la melodía, deben comunicar con sus cuerpos las emociones y sentimientos de la música suena sencillo pero no lo es tanto pero para que estos artistas se luzcan un trabajo mucho más atrás logra que un cajón de concreto, con algunas telas y luces sea, el lugar de ensueño para hacer posible la fantasía. Y es así como llegamos a un teatro donde se verificaban las numeraciones de los asientos, se colocaba la lona en el piso y se adaptaban los telones.

El día fue movido, pero en equipo todo es más llevadero y como premio por un gran día de trabajo recargamos energía con unas deliciosas pizzas, espero que sea el primero de muchos eventos, llevando cultura de la ciudad a la cadena. 😊
