Saludos queridos foodies,vuelvo por aquí retomando las visitas a lugares con propuestas lindas y deliciosas, decidí hacer esta reseña en formato short porqué pienso que con solo las fotos me iba a quedar corta con lo lindo de este lugar.

Se trata de una franquicia de cafeterías con un concepto casual que está llenando de break a algunos centros comerciales de la ajetreada Caracas, con puntos ubicados en Chacao, Los Palos Grandes y ahora en La Candelaria; está cafetería se ha convertido en una de mis favoritas aunque visito siempre la sede de Chacao en el CC Sambil quise vivir la experiencia a ver si mantenía la calidad y la atención.

>It is a franchise of cafes with a casual concept that is filling some shopping centers of the busy Caracas, with points located in Chacao, Los Palos Grandes and now in La Candelaria; This cafe has become one of my favorites although I always visit the Chacao headquarters in the CC Sambil I wanted to live the experience to see if it maintained the quality and attention.

Tanto en bebidas frías o calientes tienen una variedad, en su menú presentan tés, cafés, frappes, jugos naturales y los típicos refrescos de lata,tienen una propuesta en galletas interesantes redvelvet, chocolate, craqueladas, chocochispas, polvorosas, las tortas y postres por el vídeo veran su variedad, pero es muy similar en las sucursales que he visitado. La variedad salada los croasainses y pasteles de hojaldre son buenos y con buen relleno pero las especialidades de sandwich solo los he probado en la sede del Sambil Chacao ¡son una delicia! Mi favorito es el de roast beef y tanto los sandwiches como quichés solo en la sede principal de Los de Palos Grandes. ¿Será que toca ir a hacer la reseña a la sede principal? Con respecto a los precios y la calidad me parecen súper asequibles va un café desde los 2USD a postres de 8USD aproximadamente.

Cuando hablamos de Glam y de moda no podemos obviar a las pasarelas de colecciones. Pienso que la alta costura más que tendencias son obras de arte andantes. Además, donde la costura mayoritariamente es a mano, cada diseño posee una secuencia, cuenta una historia de los procesos sociales o de la vida del diseñador.


A principios de mes cuando supe la temática _"Glam"_ se me vino a la cabeza la reciente película de _**Cruella**_, primero porque ví esa película maravillada por las transiciones del arte la intervención y la irreverencia. Allí entendí que la moda habla y es cuando recuerdo a la activista _**Vivianne Westwood**_, diseñadora que moldeó la _**cultura punk**_ y otros con una vision más eclectic del glam como John Galliano, Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander Mc Queen y Yohji Yamamoto. Ellos pensaron fuera de la caja, decidieron que _**la moda debía trascender más allá de lo socialmente aceptado**_, ser diferentes, ser voz y creo que esa es la visión que tengo de la descentralización y la Web3...somos la generación que está haciendo la transformación a la nueva manera de vivir el Internet. Aquí resaltamos los valores de nuestro ecosistema blockchain que quise plasmar esta vez en donde más que modelo, soy la diseñadora.

## El proceso

#### The process

De costura no sé mucho, pero en dibujo supero las expectativas así que rápidamente realicé un boceto de lo que quería plasmar...es un riesgo, pero me gusta ver materializado mis pensamientos. Elegí tres tipos de tela diferente con caída, pero que fueran fáciles de coser y también para experimentar con los marcadores. No tenía mucho presupuesto, pero al final fueron aproximadamente 15 HBD la cantidad invertida. Mary (@maryed) es especialista en lettering y le dije que quería hacer un estampado de Web3, llevando un mensaje sin decir nada _(como Westwood)_. Después de muchos experimentos, resultó.


Con ayuda de algo de Internet y de mi madre, realicé _cortes en bies_ en las tres capas de tela y las junté con un sesgo satinado a modo de pretina. Para la parte superior interviene un vestido con escote de barco con cascadas de lentejuelas negras y en el centro un patrón de lentejuelas más pequeñas con patrones romboides de color negro y rojo con similitud al logo de #Hive y también simulando una _"cadena de bloques"_. Quería agregar más cosas, más detalles, pero decidí no hacerlo porque quería que el protagonismo fuera las letras de la falda.

Complementé el outfit con zapatos de terciopelo negro, medias de red, un choker rojo que había realizado hace como 15 años y unos aros con incrustaciones de cristal. El cabello lo dejé suelto con ondas y dividido hacia un lado, muy pegado, al mejor estilo de los 2000's.

Para el maquillaje opté por _un cut crease_ en tonos vinos usando una escala de valores entre el rosa y el negro, además de usar un delineado que diera el efecto de un ojo más razgado. Usé labial vino para mantener la armonía de la monocromia.

>With some help from the Internet and my mother, I made _bias cuts_ in the three layers of fabric and put them together with a satin bias binding as a waistband. For the top, a dress with a boat neckline with cascades of black sequins and in the center a pattern of smaller sequins with rhomboid patterns in black and red with similarity to the #Hive logo and also simulating a _"block chain"_. I wanted to add more things, more details, but I decided not to do it because I wanted the protagonism to be the letters of the skirt.

>I complemented the outfit with black velvet shoes, fishnet stockings, a red choker that I had made about 15 years ago and some crystal encrusted earrings. I left my hair loose with waves and parted to one side, very close, in the best 2000's style.

>For the makeup I opted for a cut crease in wine tones using a scale of values between pink and black, in addition to using an eyeliner to give the effect of a more slanted eye. I used wine lipstick to maintain the harmony of the monochrome.

## Reto dentro del reto

#### Challenge within the challenge

Esta semana experimenté miedo, ansiedad e incertidumbre pero también emoción. No tenía ni idea de cómo materializar la idea y, no obstante, con el material ya comprado pensé en usar un vestido simple de los que tenía guardado, sentía que esto podía ser algo extravagante para el reto, pero este era el momento de experimentar...arriesgado y nada similar a la semana anterior, pero bueno, mi creatividad es algo impredecible cuando le doy rienda suelta. Cuando comencé a grabar la pasarela, la lluvia quiso robar protagonismo así que arruinó algunas tomas que tenía pensadas, pero no me desanimé aunque mis ondas del cabello se deslizaban con la humedad del ambiente.

Me tocó recorrer todo el centro comercial con mi outfit buscando puntos de luz. De todo ese caos puede observar que si funcionó porque muy discretamente más de una persona se quedó leyendo los mensajes del vestido. Mary me apoyó mucho para sacarle provecho al día lluvioso y, al final, fue una experiencia diferente, interesante y probé que en mi ciudad las personas están muy pendientes de lo que llevas puesto y podría ser una estrategia de marketing interesante.

I had no idea how to materialize the idea and, nevertheless, with the material already purchased I thought of using a simple dress that I had saved, I felt it could be something extravagant for the challenge, but this was the time to experiment...risky and nothing similar to the previous week, but well, my creativity is somewhat unpredictable when I give it free rein. When I started shooting the runway, the rain wanted to steal the show so it ruined some of the shots I had planned, but I wasn't discouraged even though my hair waves were slipping in the humidity.

>I had to walk around the mall with my outfit looking for spots of light. From all that chaos you can see that it worked because very discreetly more than one person was reading the messages on the dress. Mary helped me a lot to take advantage of the rainy day and, in the end, it was a different and interesting experience and I proved that in my city people are very aware of what you wear and it could be an interesting marketing strategy.

Marzo ha sido un mes gratificante y aunque en este vídeo solo muestro algunos momentos que puede fotografiar, no se imaginan la prueba de seguridad, valor y merecimiento que ha sido.

No soy de estar mostrando mi vida por las redes pero siento que hice tantas cosas geniales que era imposible no compartirlo con ustedes.

- Inicié mi carrera fashionista ingresando al Hive's Top Model (lo digo así para creermelo porque aún no lo hago)

- Conocí personalmente a un profe y amigo que ya teníamos 3 años compartiendo por internet y me invitó a compartir mi experiencia con el Bruxismo en el cuidado de la cervical (al principio el síndrome del impostor quiso salir a flote pero no lo deje, no sabía que conocía tanto de ese tema y eso me emocionó, sin está oportunidad jamás se me habría ocurrido hablarlo.

Este reto de threeshort friday se me hizo bastante sencillo pues al ver el vídeo de @lililuki me llegó la imagen de lo que quería hacer.

Primero porque el tema es muy importante para todos los que estamos en Hive para aconsejar a quienes invitamos a la plataforma, creo que el mejor consejo que daría yo en este momento es ir a las clases de **Hive desde cero** y el peor consejo que he dado es explicando los markdown (se que no es mi fuerte) pero ahora te invito a ver cuáles me dieron a mi (ya estando en Hive).

Segundo es un vídeo de culto a los animados de los 90's específicamente a Animaniacs con su sección de buena idea, mala idea.

He estado algo indispuesta de salud para hacer el reto pero busque la manera más divertida de hacer las cosas.

This threeshort friday challenge was quite simple for me because when I saw @lililuki's video I got the image of what I wanted to do.

**Hello my dear foodies , we continue with quick and nutritious recipes**.

Cómo saben soy fanática de los vegetales sobretodo estos que son tan versátiles que permiten hacer un sin fin de recetas; al momento de romper el ayuno lo ideal es que lo que preparemos sea ligero, fácil de consumir pero que tenga los suficientes nutrientes para iniciar la jornada con las energías recargadas. Así que se me ocurrió realizar esta combinación. Aunque está receta puede servir de acompañante para una cena o almuerzo sin ningún problema; también puedes colocarlo al sarten o al horno en moledecitos y queda perfecto.

**As you know I am a fan of vegetables, especially these that are so versatile that they allow to make endless recipes; at the time of breaking the fast, the ideal is that what we prepare is light, easy to consume but has enough nutrients to start the day with recharged energy. Cómo verán incluí todos los grupos alimenticios en esta sencilla receta carbohidratos de las papas , proteínas de los huevos, vegetales de la zanahoria y el calabacín grasas del aceite de tu preferencia.Siento que es una opción bastante equilibrada que podrías consumir con o sin relleno.

**As you can see I included all the food groups in this simple recipe: carbohydrates from the potatoes, proteins from the eggs, vegetables from the carrot and zucchini, fats from the oil of your preference, I feel it is a very balanced option that you could eat with or without stuffing**.

Al momento de la edición me di cuenta que quedaba perfecto el ASMR así que no quise dañar su estética y dejarlo de esa manera que siempre son tan relajantes esos vídeos, me encantó el resultado tanto de la edición como de la receta.
