We live at a crazy pace that we think is normal and then COVID-19 showed us that our lives are unsustainable and we shouldn’t try to go back • Jackson was the most fun kid - I admired his resilience and tenacity

It’s not easy but find something or someone to celebrate every day • HBO is on

Many times I cross train tracks and never see a train headed at me but that all changed yesterday • life really is all about how you look at it

For me Biden isn’t perfect but he’s better than Trump - thanks Covid • part of saving yourself includes self care and taking mental breaks - solutions come from a rested mind • and what’s love got to do with it when having children

There are times in life when you just gotta know help isn’t coming and you can and will save yourself
