Hey there freaky fam! On December 10, 2003, the Whitaker family was celebrating the college graduation of their eldest son, Thomas Bartlett—known as “Bart,” with dinner at a local seafood restaurant. After the dinner ended, the family returned to their home in a wealthy Houston suburb to continue the celebration. When they arrived, Bart remained outside to call his girlfriend while his mother, Trish, his father, Kent, and his brother, Kevin, all went to the front door. Behind the door was an intruder wielding Kevin’s gun, and within seconds the family was ambushed. Only two of the Whitakers would survive…and one was responsible for the shooting.

Hey there freaky fam! The infamous Salem witch trials began during the spring of 1692, after a group of young girls in Salem Village, Massachusetts, claimed to be possessed by the devil and accused several local women of witchcraft. As a wave of hysteria spread throughout colonial Massachusetts, a special court convened in Salem to hear the cases.

Hey there freaky fam! Black-eyed children or black-eyed kids is an urban legend of paranormal creatures that resemble children between the ages of six and sixteen. These creatures with pale skin and black eyes have reportedly been seen hitchhiking, panhandling, or at the doorsteps of residential homes. These children do not look threatening. They would want to get in your house or your car. They will be persistent. Suddenly, you will notice something is not right about these children. Their eyes, pure black, from lid-to-lid, dead black orbs devoid of sclera or iris will chill up your spine. They might knock on your door on a late wintry night. You may see them approaching your car while you are waiting at the signal or a gas station. It might seem like they need help or they might just stand still for no reason.

Hey there freaky fam! Since her first supposed haunting in 1970, this allegedly evil doll has been blamed for demonic possession, a slew of violent attacks, and at least two near-death experiences. In recent years, the true stories of Annabelle have even inspired a series of horror films. She sits in a glass case bearing a hand-carved inscription of the Lord’s Prayer while a pleasant smile rests on her happy face sitting under a mop of red hair. But beneath the case is a sign that reads: “Warning, positively do not open.”

Hey there freaky fam! On May 31, 2014, a man on a morning bicycle ride in Waukesha, Wisconsin happened upon a young girl laying in the grass, drenched in her own blood. As he would soon find out, this 12-year-old was Payton Leutner, the survivor of the Slender Man stabbing.
