The more I'm accepting of my own seasons in life, the more I can live in surrender and acceptance of what is in my current reality and not try to "wish" what's in front of me away because it's uncomfortable. Just maybe, I can see the beauty during the hardship, the magic in the meltdown, seeing it as a chance to be fully present amidst the yuck. Now, I am most definitely not perfect at this, like I state many times, it is a practice and practice does not make perfect, just makes you a little more aware. Letting go of the old to allow something brand new to be birthed. We cannot hold so tightly to what we thinks should happen based on the past but allow the future to be created now. To let it become whatever beast it wants to be. Filled with trust knowing the universe has our best interest.
