Today on the Monday Munchies I am talking about entrepreneurship and fitness being a match made in heaven.
Fitness is the foundation to make us stronger for mind and body. For me, fitness has never, ever been about 'weight loss' (hey that's nice if it happens) it's been about the inner work. The mental self talk that you can build every time you sent yourself a challenge.
Much like building a business it takes mental strength, it takes endurance and it takes guts!
I believe that the most important thing fitness can do for you is make you stronger and fitter mind and body!
Starting a business isn't easy, being a Mum isn't easy, getting up every day to grow your business isn't always easy either, but you can do it.
You can get up and start your business. You can get up and run a marathon, you can get up and be an amazing Mum.
It starts with the way you allow your mind to talk to you.
It starts with how you have trained your mind in difficult situations to cope. I believe that this starts & grows as we are training our bodies to work hard, be calm, build strength and be challenged.
