Jadie is joined with her friend Zea in Episode 5 of Make Life Okay. They enjoy a friendly conversation regarding what it is like to overcome their traumas. Overcoming trauma can be very challenging. However, it is possible to find a better way to live after trauma! Please know the main focus of this is to discuss what it is like to realize you have a trauma, how we have found ways to cope, and how there is hope for a better life. This episode does not highlight specifics of traumatic experiences but does have 1-2 examples regarding our specific situation. There is still a minimal need for a trauma trigger warning in this episode. However, if you or someone you know is experiencing trauma or a continued emotional response to trauma, please find the best way to seek help. There is help and there is hope out there.
