Donna Kelsey, CEO of American Senior Communities (ASC), oversees more than 10,000 employees at the Hoosier-based senior healthcare company.

A 26-year veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserve, Donna is responsible for driving strategic plans to carry out the vision, mission, and values of ACS.
