Liv Morgan wins the Women’s Royal Rumble. Big moment. People didn’t see it coming. Some loved it, some are VERY upset. Roman Reigns wins the Men’s Royal Rumble—dominance, control, leadership. Folks, this is a tremendous episode. Absolutely tremendous. Some people are saying it’s the best year-end pro wrestling breakdown ever recorded — many smart people. In this episode, we looked at the entire year of pro wrestling: the wins, the disasters, the things that were frankly embarrassing, and the things that were beautiful. And believe me, we tell it like it is. No fake news here.

We didn’t do this the boring way — nobody wants that. Instead, we went company by company, all around the world, and laid out exactly what each promotion did right, what they did wrong (some very wrong), and what they must do to make 2026 great again. Bigger stars. Better booking. Stronger leadership. Less nonsense. More majesty. It’s common sense, folks.

And then… wow. We watched a match. Kind of. Maybe. It was cinematic — very cinematic — for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Thom Latimer defending against Aaron Stevens in what might be the most insane match anyone’s ever seen. They meditated together. They rode a carnival ride. There were masked people dressed very questionably. Suddenly, out of nowhere, they’re in an NWA tag title match — nobody saw that coming. Then they’re fighting on a pirate ship. A pirate ship! Incredible. Some people loved it. Some people hated it. Very polarizing. No middle ground, just like politics.

Thom Latimer wins with a crossface — strong finish, very strong — but the real question is: does this kind of spectacle help or hurt pro wrestling? We break it all down, no fear, no filters, with mint juleps in hand.

TKO signs a massive sponsorship deal across ALL TKO brands, first of its kind, historic, really. Leon Slater gets pulled from an indie booking just for wrestling on Saturday Night’s Main Event—unbelievable, but very telling. Many such cases.

We broke down the good and the bad of Saturday Night’s Main Event 2025: My Last Time Is Now. The card was STACKED:

• Cody Rhodes vs. Oba Femi

• Bayley vs. Sol Ruca

• Je’Von Evans & Leon Slater vs. AJ Styles & Dragon Lee

• AND the big one… John Cena vs. Gunther—John Cena’s RETIREMENT MATCH. Emotional. Powerful. Iconic. Cena went out like a star. A winner. Total respect.

And folks—perhaps the weirdest moment in wrestling history—we watched and reacted to the 2007 Kevin Federline vs. John Cena match. Very strange. Very bad. Honestly, shocking it ever happened.

Folks, this episode is absolutely loaded — maybe one of our biggest ever. We’re talking WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2025, the huge matches, the unbelievable moments, the winners, the losers, and of course… the disasters. And believe me, there were disasters. Hilarious ones!

First, the Pro Wrestling Drama this week was off the charts. Brock Lesnar — a tremendous athlete, a monster — walked out for his big entrance and slipped right on his butt. You can’t script this stuff! Absolutely incredible. And the hypocrisy from AEW fans? Totally pathetic. Claudio Castagnoli winning the CMLL World Title is suddenly a “historic triumph,” but Trick Williams winning the TNA World Title is “bad for business”? Give me a break! These people are unhinged. And speaking of unhinged — Samoa Joe as an older champion is “beautiful storytelling,” but CM Punk being an older champion is “a disaster”? Ridiculous! Bret Hart is also on a podcast warpath, yelling at everybody, and honestly… it’s kind of amazing. So much more, you won’t believe it.

Then we covered the Pro Wrestling News, and let me tell you — wild week. AEW is avoiding putting Kenny Omega in long singles matches, which is probably smart because the guy is basically held together with super glue at this point. Jushin Thunder Liger came out of retirement to wrestle Joey Janela in a match so bad it should be illegal. Tetsuya Naito won his first title since leaving NJPW — big deal, huge! And of course… much more!
