I also talk about DIGITAL MARKETING and how you Focus on audience expansion and not revenue maximization what he means was, Focus on building your list, Focus on getting your message out there but don’t focus so much on the revenue component even though that’s easier said than done. Know your cash flow - go through your monthly expenses and highlight your biggest ones that you aren't benefiting from or needing right now by getting rid of that expense you might find yourself going from negative to positive if nothing else ever expense you get rid of will extend your runway.
