Hear me out, hear me out, okay? Self-doubt is a VERY normal thing to go through and it's okay to go through self-doubt. But, you know what's not okay? To allow self-doubt to take you over or take over your mindset or take over your attitude. Self-doubt happens in all shapes, sizes, fashions, and areas of your life but allowing that self-doubt to take over your mindset is the biggest issue that I believe we as people face.

Love in a family situation is sometimes hard, raw, and real. But, it's CRUCIAL to a strong family unit. Jaylen and I have a very strong relationship as does the rest of our family. We know no different than to love hard and never think differently. Our family's strong loving base comes straight from my Grandma. That woman taught us all how to love, and how to love without limits.

Life sucks sometimes, but with a strong level of family love and knowing  your love language and how that relates to you and your family then you will be just fine. You aren’t alone in any battle you are going through. Jaylen and I are always right there with you!

So having these types of conversations is crucial to grieving, hurting, and bouncing back.

Just know whatever you may be going through, someone else may be going through that same thing or someone else may have already gone through it. It’s okay to call on your friends and family during hard times, that’s what they are there for. You aren’t alone in any battle you are going through. We are always right there with you! <3
