  • Are our beliefs really ours? A shorty episode with just me, Christine D

How many times have you made decisions based on what you believe about yourself? In this episode I share a story about a realization I had about a belief I had about myself for most of my life and it stopped me from doing something since I was 14.  And the kicker? It was something someone told me once - and I let it stick to me like glue.

What beliefs are you holding onto about yourself?

In this episode I also chat about the Joy Project Community that opened this week! You still have 2 more days to get into the launch of this incredible community while the doors are open, where like minded women who want more out of life = more joy, more self love, AND other women to take the journey of self discovery with. Check it out by visiting itsmechristined.ca/community

  • No more limitations - Leaning into neurodiversity as a Superpower

This chat with Jessica Mcbride was full of turns, as she walks us through her work experience and personal hurdles as a woman with ADHD. Jessica is leaning into her uniqueness and using her ADHD superpowers to rocket launch her career and create a life she loves.

Jessica is a powerhouse, and I really admire her owning who she is and no longer accepting what she was being offered, and is instead creating her own rules!

  • The emptiness of mental health in a post-pandemic world, with Kaci Hennige

This is a conversation that many will resonate with as Kaci talks about how her mental health challenges didn't catch up with her until the pandemic was over. Have a listen to hear a likely familiar story, and some of the things she did to finally start feeling more like herself again.

I'd also like to take a minute and remind you that your mental wellness is important, and even if your experience has different symptoms, please know that it can affect everyone differently. Getting help through therapy, a support group, or by saying it out loud to the people in your circle can be a great way to help reduce the burden you may be feeling. Please seek mental health supports or if in Ontario call 211 or toll free 1-877-330-3213.

  • The Speaker who forgot their Speech - with me, Christine D

This is a tough one to share, and I'm pretty sure my most vulnerable solo-episode to date. There's a myth out there that once you "make it" your challenges will be over. Or that once you overcome something, you're free from it forever. You know, once you get the job, once you find the relationship, or once you find the house - or in this case, once you find yourself on a path to your most authentic self - that somehow the old you or the triggers from the old you won't show up anymore...

In this episode, I am debunking this idea and sharing a recent, and very humbling experience, that reminded me that being human means imperfection, making mistakes, screwing up - AND it also means more opportunities to shift your mindset, learn a new path, or be provided with a mirror to see just how far you've come.

Thank you for taking the time to listen. I think you will really see yourself in  this episode.

  • I Say it out Loud in this collab episode with Kristi Simons

If you know anything about me, you know I love supporting other women, and collaborating to lift each other up, and that's exactly what Kristi and I did in this episode together. One interview hosted on two podcasts! How's that for efficiency?

Have a listen as we share about our journeys to becoming more of who we are, and leaving behind the version of ourselves who used to long to fit in.

You can find Kristi on Instagram at @mamatohandb and her podcast Imperfect Creatrix on Spotify, or anywhere you listen to podcasts.

  • Falling into the Trap of Perfection, with me Christine D

For this episode, you get me solo and I'm keeping it real with some talk about our old friend, perfectionism. Funnily enough, I have never really thought of myself as a perfectionist. I figured as someone who was willing to jump into things, and not be critically detail oriented, I didn't fit the profile. But as I build my awareness muscle, I realize there are many ways I fall into perfectionist tendencies. I think you'll find this a pretty relatable episode.

  • Intuition & Escaping the Boxes of the Mind, with Jules Hare

In my conversation with Jules Hare, we uncover some of my experience working with her as a healer and the progress I've made on my journey to be more of myself as a result.

Jules is an Intuitive Therapist who helps people to reconnect with their intuition. The work she does allows her clients to connect with their playful side, and lean more on what's inside instead of seeking what is outside. With less focus on external validation, and more on what we feel, we are able to connect with what we truly need and begin to create more confidence in who we are, and make significant spiritual growth happen in our lives leading to greater fulfillment.

You can find Jules by visiting her on Instagram and Facebook @juleshareshares, or on her website Juleshare.ca
