My great grandma passed away on Monday, March 20th.  Her name was Louise Tew, and she was quite a resilient lady.  These are the unfiltered, raw thoughts the grieving process has brought up for me, and my thoughts on Death in general.  I hope you can connect with this episode.  

Ever wanna be "that girl", hot with healthy habits?  Yeah, me too.  But I am messy, my life is chaotic, and I struggle with mental illness.  Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and other mental disorders can really put a damper on your schedule and routines.  Maybe I'm not exactly "that girl", but I am a hot girl who loves herself, and I've found a way that works for me to incorporate healthy habits and routines.  We are all unique individuals, so we are going to have different habits, values, priorities, ect.  I am just sharing my journey in finding balance to make my everyday life feel fulfilling, productive, and not stressful.  I hope it helps you.  :)

I turned 25 this year, and it has come with some interesting feelings, thought processes, and waves of uncertainty.  Does anyone else feel like there was a major mindset shift when you hit your mid twenties?  The brain fully develops at 25/26, and I've definitely noticed and felt that.  There's so much to talk about, so let's get into it.
