The Rutgers Office of Career Exploration and Success hosted a virtual event entitled “Behind the Screens: The Video Game Industry.” Among the panelists, two Electronic Arts directors discussed what it takes to make games and how to break into gaming. Regine Bowen, Director of Development, and Tony Stanley, Narrative Animation Director, discuss the career paths that have led them to create games. In addition, they discuss making EA College Football and Madden, emphasizing collaboration and creativity, and they share the needed skills and available resources for breaking into the industry.
