* why we might be using the coping mechanisms we can’t seem to stop turning to

Welcome to our first podcast episode! We are so thrilled to be adventuring into this new space with you.
As you may know, we are both coaches. We share the deep desire to support individuals in journeying inward to discover what’s in the depths below the surface of their perceived realities. We love helping people access their deep desires, free unspoken fear and shame, and find wisdom and magic throughout all of it.
To begin this podcasting journey, we thought we’d use our individual coaching business names to inspire our first two conversations.
In this episode, we’ll be using the name of Raina’s coaching business, Finding Stillness, for inspiration as we talk about:
* How to choose yourself when you never make time for yourself
* Powerful ways to access stillness
* The profound way a regular practice of finding stillness can change your experience of life (beyond feeling calmer)
