In this episode I introduce you one of my very good friends Barbara who very openly shares with us how she has navigated pet loss. Barbara is the owner of the Self-Care studio, a counselling practice based in Australia where she helps teens & women from all walks of life to reconnect & love themselves. After finding herself dealing with the biggest loss of her life, her beloved pug Floss, Barbara felt a calling to step into counselling to help others from everything the grief of loosing her beloved pets have taught her. I refer to them as the three musketeers - Chester the cat, Floss the Pug and Mazey the Bishon. We talk about what it's like to loose a pet and the grief we as people, but also our pets also go through. Barbara shares with us what she went through with the loss of all three of her beloved animals and how each of them played such a pivotal role in her life. The loss of a pet is often harder than a loss of a person when it comes to support and Barbara shares some really helpful tips on how to be there for those who experience pet loss.

Sunita is an incredible channeler who works with many cosmic dimensions, with the angelic realm being her gateway in guiding her clients. In this episode I interview my friend Yelena Sulenta from MoonboxNZ who shares her story about meeting her parents in spirit. At the age of 2 and a half Yelena was adopted from Russia by a New Zealand family. With no information about her birth family, through an Akashic session she learnt that both her birth parents are in spirit.
