In today’s episode, we chat with AJ Bishop, CEO and Founder of My Wealth Conscious Coach.

As a wealth-conscious coach, AJ believes that NOW is the time for women to claim their confidence and feel empowered with their money, their financial decisions, and command their true worth. 

• Although AJ got into the conscious investor by accident, she chooses to stay there.  She was a financial advisor who led an active yogi life.  When she started meditating, she saw how she was generating her wealth was not in alignment with who she was at her core. 
• Through her practice in yoga, her values of integrity are transferred to her clients. She says if she won't do it herself, then she’ll not tell her clients to do it. 
• What AJ helps her clients focus on is changing their mindset. Eradicating the scarcity mindset and replacing it with a mindset of worthiness.  
• Wealth Consciousness is also about this idea of leadership and becoming more aware, of how money or how wealth was, or was not available to you when growing up or in your past and breaking through any barriers that you have with it.

AJ teaches people the 3T Framework of wealth creation:  

• Time -- how much energy you put into something
• Talent -- how you use yours 
• Treasure -- putting your dollars and your money into a place that adds meaning to you. 

She says, "A big part of the work that I do with women clients is to ensure they get really clear on their values. I teach them that wealth is actually within us and it's also outside of us. And so we want all things to be in alignment."
