We're delighted to present this bonus piece of audio where Peer Worker Helen reads her poem Two Rooms in a Mansion.

Helen recently shared her story of being a Peer Worker in an Adult Community Mental Health Service.

Premiered at the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival, Living With Trauma is now available for everyone to watch.

This powerful short film uses storytelling, photography and artwork to explore different experiences of living with trauma.

NHS Lanarkshire Personality Disorder Working Group are taking a different approach to developing mental health support. Moving from consultation to co-design is a partnership project that deliberately moves away from traditional consultation. NHS Lanarkshire and Scottish Recovery Network brought people with lived experience, local organisations and NHS workers together to co-design a new service. In this podcast we hear from Dom, Brian, Sian and Thomas who were involved in the project and from Liz and Lucy from NHS Lanarkshire.
