The Rions started playing together at the age of 13, all 4 teenagers are currently completing Year 12 at Barrenjoey High School. They have just launched their new single "Night Light". We chat to them about how they started playing music together, what has kept them going and what the future looks like after they finish school. 

Kelly Bronsveld is a counsellor on Sydney's Northern Beaches. She offers comfort, coping and change support. Kelly chats to us about what's

happening with teens today and helps us understand the differences between Counsellors, Psychologists and Psychiatrists.

James Brechney "Breko" was captain of Barrenjoey High in the early 2000's. He founded the viral rainbow chalking movement, DIY rainbow in 2013. From there he catapulted into the limelight, being elected onto the board of the Sydney Mardi Gras and asked to work with the United Nations body UNESCO on an anti-bullying and anti-homophobia project across Thailand. James talks to the current captain of Barrenjoey High (Astrid) about growing up in Avalon, and what changes he would like to see in community going forward.

Award winning film maker, Spencer Frost talks to us about everything from navigating friendships, social media and what we should do post school. For Spencer his transition was the same as many, he didn't have any idea what he wanted to do with his life. His solution was to try everything, he has had many jobs including; gardening, pizza delivery, barista and of course film making. This helped him decide what he didn't want to do.
