Michelle Worthington is an international award-winning author, business woman and Mum to three gorgeous boys.
In this episode, we discuss the premature arrival of Michelle's babies, how she navigated through these difficult times and what has helped her process the experience since. We talk about the leap of faith required going from working in a job she didn't love into creating a creative business, what her work looks like now and how she helps other aspiring authors. Michelle also shares the process of writing and publishing her beautiful book, 'Super Nicholas', which was inspired by our beautiful son.
Michelle is the two-time winner of the International Book Award and finalist in the USA Best Book Awards. She was the recipient of the 2018 AusMumpreneur Gold Award for Business Excellence and the winner of the 2018 Redlands BaR award for Best Start Up Business. An energetic and dynamic storyteller, Michelle is dedicated to encouraging a strong love of reading and writing in young children and conducts author visits at primary and special schools, libraries and bookstore storytelling and publishing workshops for adults. She especially enjoys meeting people through her speaking engagements for women's groups and charities.
