On a recent Called to Coach, we spoke with Jim Ball, Senior Manager, Talent & Organizational Development at Lonza, a biotechnology firm in New Hampshire. Jim is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach since who, over a number of years, has played a key role in weaving the fabric of strengths and engagement throughout his organization.
