The focus was to channel emotional energy into creativity. We walked through a few emotional exercises in which the feelings triggered would be used to create a new design, further develop an existing concept, or create something new.

This week we held the first Hope Box Initiative discussion in which the topic was guarding your heart in business. We ended the discussion with one question to answer: "As a business owner, what do I need the most?"

I thought to myself, maybe we are messing up some really nice spiritual material because we won’t sew in agreement.

Passive Warning Messages This week was full of passive warning messages that can be bypassed only to find that the by passable warning message causes printing issues.I thought to myself why a passive warning message when it leads to more work for you and the customer. Then I realized sometimes, we like to color outside the lines. The spiritual vibe for this OurFit.Life weekend is “color outside the lines sometimes.”

I thought to myself it’s none of their business… but… maybe I should set my spirit to auto renew.
