MALITTA SEAMON is a business strategist, coach, author, speaker, and trusted adviser to CEOs, C-suite executives and leaders. After over 25 years running a multi-million dollar event services firm she built with her husband, BradSeamon, she co-founded Inbound Leadership to help unlock untapped potential for greater impact by fostering safe spaces for leaders to reflect, be vulnerable, and grow. She is a certified executive coach, relationship coach, nutritionist, a certified DISC coach, and trained breathwork practitioner, and has served on several nonprofit boards. 

 

BRAD SEAMON is a healthcare executive dedicated to aligning community health needs with the priorities of government officials, lawmakers, and the healthcare system he serves. Passionate about leadership development, coaching, and empowering others, he is the co-founder, consultant and board member at Inbound Leadership.  He has guest lectured in college-level courses, shares thought leadership, and gives talks and writes articles, primarily focused on mindset and personal transformation. In addition, Brad is a certified public accountant, certified professional coach, and certified DISC and emotional intelligence coach.

MALITTA AND BRAD have been married for thirty-seven years and reside in Maryland. They have two sons, Brad Jr. and Chad, a daughter-in-law, Danielle, and two granddaughters, Parker and Kendall.
