Ever wonder what it’s like to run for 4.5 days with very little sleep in the forest, up and down mountains and through streams? Let’s ask one of our favorite MDRT ultramarathoners, Dr Tricia Delamora. Tricia is a pediatric infectious disease physician at Cornell and living with her 2 kids and Ortho hubs in Westchester county, NY. She made a left turn out of Ironman Triathlons two years ago into the world of ultramarathons. She has completed several 100 mile races and most recently ran a 250 mile race this past year. Please enjoy diving into this journey with me!
