Rosie chats postpartum recovery, rituals and in particular dives into what we have to learn from Chinese culture + many indigenous cultures in the way they revere and respect the early postpartum period for the health and well-being of both mother and baby, and includes many practical tips on achieving this in our modern western world!
I'm excited to share this week the beautiful birth of Pia, who we welcomed into the world in a lovely (albeit somewhat unplanned!) home birth 3 weeks ago. It's a great story of feeling loved, safe and supported in the birthing journey, and an example of the amazing tools we have, as the birthing woman, to have birth be an enjoyable, comfortable, and extremely positive experience. I hope you love it :)
