It’s Dr. Kara Wada’s mission to help everyone become immune confident. What does this mean? Dr. Kara is a board-certified pediatric and adult allergy, immunology, and lifestyle medicine physician. She is also an autoimmune patient who was diagnosed with Systemic Sjogrens in 2019. She has made it her goal to help people escape the overwhelm that accompanies an autoimmune diagnosis and also works to educate the next generation of physicians to see, hear and believe patients therefore putting an end to medical gaslighting.
