Our thoughts are the backbone to our business success.

So it's important that our thoughts reflect the facts of the situation.

It's easy to create stories based on opinions, feelings, and circumstances. And then turn those stories into the thoughts that keep us from taking the actions that will produce the results we are striving for.

That's a mouthful!

When we aren't achieving our results, we should always turn to our thoughts first and make shifts where we can.

But I'm learning that it's of equal importance that we take action that will back those thoughts!

Over the weekend I made a bold move and started a new instagram account. The decision to do this was based on a thought I've been having about my instagram account for over a year!

As Mamas in business, we all have those days when we need to be moms first and foremost. 

Something that I have always said and believe to be true is that there is no such thing as balance. 

You will not find a 50/50 balance between business and motherhood. 

That doesn’t exist. 

There is a balancing act that takes place but if you’re trying to balance it 50/50 you will always come up short. 

There are days when your business has to take priority. 

And then there are days when being a mom will take priority. 

If you are trying to juggle motherhood and business so that they remain two completely separate entities that never cross paths, you are setting yourself up to fail. 

Because the fact of the matter is that motherhood and business do collide.  

On today's episode I share three different ways you can make sure you are still making progress on your business goals even on those days when you need to prioritize being a mama.

That being said, I will not start strategizing with my clients until we've uncovered the mindset blocks.

No amount of strategy matters if your mindset isn't in the right place.

Strategy without mindset just doesn't work.

So today we are talking about three flawed thoughts that are keeping you from hitting your goals.

1. "You don't need to know the how."
2. "Raising your prices is the answer to reaching your income goal."
3. "Others are already doing what you want to do."
