Another thing society has an opinion on as well as how you conceive, birth, feed and sleep your baby is how MANY babies you have. And when it comes to our choice (shock horror, we are actually doing Mamahood the same here), we’re ‘doing it wrong’. Here we share our very different journeys that have lead to the same outcome of being one and done (with one of us reserving the right to change her mind!)

As always this week’s episode gets into two very different schools of thought, this time around SLEEP! So often the BANE of most parents existence in those first few+ years. CJ1 is team sleep support, CJ2 is go with the flow, and they share their very different experiences in a non-judgey but raw + real way. This one’s for anyone who’s in the thick of trying to sort sleep out, who’s given in or up on even trying to, or even the Mum out the other side but can hard relate. The one thing we DO agree on is that lack of sleep is an absolute f*cker, and you do whatever you need to get through! Claire’s support for sleep came from @holisticsleepmumma 🧡

The poddy has been on a winter break for 3 whole months…it feels like longer, but also yesterday, and a LOT has happened for us all, huh?

We’re well passed the longest day of the year, three new moons have f*cked us all up a little bit, some of us cried a few tears over school holidays and the latest World Cup, our littlies threw approx 962 tantrums….oh, and I found myself a co-host!

As someone (probably) once said, it takes a village to be a podcaster and a parent, and here’s part of mine…fellow toddler boy mama, expat, creator of mamahood her way and all round legend, CJ! In a nutshell she’s the Good Mum to my Wallet Mum, and I’m the Allan to her Barbie 💞

Since change is as good as a rest, episodes will now drop on a THURSDAY, and we’re aiming for weekly but who bloody knows because this toddler mama/biz owner/global financial crisis is a wild ride and we’re all just winging it eh? 😘 It feels SO good to be (almost) back, I’ve so missed being in your ears and chatting all things Mamahood and beyond 😝

Wow, the end of an era…well, sort of! It’s the end of season 1! I hadn’t planned to have seasons but I’m all about living into our seasons soooo it makes total sense I’d apply that to the poddy.
