Speaking from my heart

I literally had one agenda. I wanted to vent about how I felt today, but once I hit that record button. A whole new message started coming out and I loved it.

In this audio I am talking to myself out loud. I am expressing the thin line I feel between my gratitude & my self-sabotage ways. There’s a moment where I gave in & took a moment to ask my toddler to keep it down. I almost stopped recording at that moment as well but I made a choice to keep pushing through. I title this audio “I broke up with perfect” and I believe my audio represents just that.
