So there's a lot of new kids on the block.

Young kids, my children are actually, one of them.

I have a 12 years old, a 10 years old boy, and I have a little baby, almost two in a few months.

But my boys, they’re getting into that stage where they are just a lot smarter than I was when I was their age.

And that's just where we are.

So you have a lot of new teenagers, that means entrepreneurs.

Back in the days, what that was was you sell lemonade in front of the house.

But these days these kids are learning a lot more, and they want to know at 15 and 14, can I start wholesaling?

Wholesaling Real Estate is essentially a real estate investment strategy.

A real estate investment strategy but what is the meaning of wholesaling?

Wholesaling essentially is when you buy goods and services at a bulk price.

When you buy it from a source that's closer to the origination of the goods and services.

When you do that, especially goods, you tend to be able to find it at a cheaper price.

That creates room for you where you can have inbuilt equity where you can make some money from and also, you can sell that equity.
