EPISODE 15 | This week the lads are joined by Gerard Brand, writer at Sky Sports, Samaritans volunteer, life coach and so much more. The lads really delved deep in to both subjects that they often talk about, football & mental health. Gerard shares his stories and expertise on both matters as the lads do their best to raise awareness for mental health and use football as a vehicle to do so. EPISODE 14 | The week fans saved football. On Sunday the plans for the proposed European Super League were announced. On Tuesday, it was finished. The lads let you know what they think. After what seems like a lifetime, the lads got to enjoy a nice cold pint together. However, Andy is enraged by the notion of 'half a lager' and it is quickly thrown in to the return of Slander Hour. EPISODE 13 | The shops are back open, we can drink outside, normality is returning. This week Andy claims to have seen a 'nipple-less' T-Shirt in Zara as people queued up for Clintons Cards. Al found out that Andy uses ambient noise to help him sleep and in true 'Man On' fashion, took the mick. The Nation lost Prince Phillip, but Andy is not convinced. EPISODE 12 | "Do you know how many calories are in that?" This week Andy takes a trip to ALDI only to be stopped by the newly appointed 'Calorie Man'. As restrictions are lifted in the UK, the boys managed to get a game of 5-a-side in with their mates and we hear how that has helped them have a positive week.
